Jottings of Love #3

At the end of each month, I like to look back on the month and re-live some of my fave 'little moments' that make life great. These are the following:

Watching The Princess Diaries with the little brothers. There may be a lot of brothers in my life, but that doesn't mean they dominate with boy things. They do let me have my way. Sometimes, anyway!

These two pictures kind of come hand-in-hand. I have been fortunate enough to spend a total of 24 hours in the car with these two over the past month. I may have driven Mum crazy with my mixture of Disney/Queen/Bee Gees/Atomic Kitten etc, but at least she still loves me. I hope so anyway....

On one of our car journeys, we stopped off and ate lunch here.. At the 'Moody Cow'. Brilliant.

There's something I still find so fun about messing around with makeup and plastering my face with it. I feel like I'm 13 again.

I bought When Harry Met Sally on Amazon. I saw it in my recommendations and thought, "well, it's a classic, so I'll give it a go."  When it came, I snuggled down in lots of blankets, ate chocolate and oh my goodness I just want to watch it all the time and never stop. I love it when you find a film like that. It's like Bridget Jones' Diary, or Bride Wars.

Ps: Happy 21st Jono. You're my fave, I love you with all my heart and cannie wait to see you xxxxxxx

21st Celebrations!

I went to London, with Mum, to watch Phantom for my 21st. It was one of my favourite days ever.

Highlights include:
  • Lunch in Covent Garden, people watching.
  • Fricking Phantom of the Opera. It was incredible.
  • When the chandelier goes up at the beginning and the whole theatre lights up, and the orchestra are like so good with their instrument playing. It defo made me tear up. I so miss being part of concerts with orchestras.
  • Trying to guess with Mum who was multi-rolling within the cast, and getting it all completely wrong.
  • Drinking our drinks and munching on our crisps we bought from Pret before in the interval, whilst everyone was sipping on wine they had bought from the theatre. Classy.
  • Laughing at an usher man, who had a typical London accent, until he wanted to tell someone not to take photos in the auditorium. Then, he would shout with a super posh accent. We have no idea why he thought that was a good idea; but it sure was funny.
  • Deciding not to use tubes so we could see more of London, and that decision did not disappoint - although my hips did not agree. They were hurtingggggg. They spent the next day reminding me just exactly why I usually get the tube.
  • Getting lost. Multiple times. Thanks Google maps!
  • Drinking sparkling cranberry juice, on a boat, on the Thames. Oooooh how elegant!
  • Mum opening the train toilet door, on the way home, when a man was already using said toilet. Lets just say the woman sitting in front of the toilet door saw an image of the man that she probably doesn't want to see again.
  • Spending time with Mum. She never fails to make me laugh and I'm so thankful for her.

I'm 21!

Hello hello and good morning! I haven't updated anything over here for a while, have I?! I've been so busy, yet I feel like I haven't done anything! Ah well.. let me fill you in on a few things.... I turned 21! I feel like year number 20 has gone super fast, but it has defo been one of the best. 21 is cray because I'm like actually in my twenties now.. I'm a real grown up! It's strange because in my mind I feel exactly the same way as I did when I was 15! Mum says that never changes, and she's 5000000 years old, so she must be right!

On my actual birthday, we visited my brothers in Swansea and ate millllions of food. It was brillllopants (I promise, to never say that again).

Swansea is so beautiful. I wanna live there, and explore the sea alllll the tiiiiime. I love Britain so much.

And that's it. Here are some photos - and I won't promise to write more, cos I never actually do.. But I have missed this, so I hope I will write moooooore!

Love you byeeeeeeeeee

"Eyes are a window to the soul" - Unknown.

Now, I have no idea what that quote means, but I do know that eyes are frickin' pretty. I just love them. Everybody has amazing eyes, even if they're poop coloured. Even if they're yellow. Everyone's eyes are different, and they're amazing. Seriously, take a look at the eyes around you. That's what I did. Then I stuck a camera in them. Here's evidence of that:
